Hwy 41 Corridor…Driving
EDUCATION

When it comes to education, the Hwy 41 Corridor has earned a reputation for driving academic excellence.

Throughout the communities along the Corridor, K-12 schools consistently rank among the best. The highest ACT/SAT scores and graduation rates in the nation coupled with advanced college course placements and low truancy rates combine to make its education system second to none. Wisconsin as a whole is also a leader among other states. It was recently ranked the fifth “smartest” state in the nation based on a 21-factor system by Morgan Quitno Press.

Higher education opportunities abound along the Corridor. The Hwy 41 Corridor has four technical college systems that excel in providing businesses with the competitive advantage of a highly skilled workforce. Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Fox Valley Technical College, Lakeland College and Moraine Park Technical College offer nearly unlimited opportunities through their ten campuses, 36 regional community-based learning centers and extensive on-line curriculum.

The Hwy 41 Corridor offers an outstanding selection of university level education. The Corridor is home to two outstanding four-year public university campuses (University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh), two two-year UW Campuses (UW-Fond du Lac & UW-Fox Valley) and four private colleges (Lawrence, Ripon, St. Norbert’s, Marian).

The Hwy 41 Corridor provides proximity to major research universities including UW-Madison and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Engineering talent is supplied by seven different colleges within one hour of the Corridor.
