Since 1907, the Oshkosh Chamber has been a part of Oshkosh history. The Chamber is a non-profit, non-governmental organization devoted to strengthening the business community. The Chamber is owned by more than 1,100 members and provides invaluable services for a diverse membership, including retailers, service professionals, and manufacturers. Chamco, Inc. located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is an independent, non-profit, industrial development corporation that has dedicated its service to the Greater Oshkosh Area for over 40 years.

Chamco offers a full range of services to industrial and manufacturing-oriented companies on a confidential, no-cost basis.

What began in 1960 as a single initiative to help a manufacturer finance and construct a new facility has evolved into one of Wisconsin's most aggressive, responsive, and highly regarded industrial development organizations.

As Oshkosh's economic development corporation, we are here to administer programs (state and local), act as an agent for Oshkosh's four industrial parks, provide resources, enhance and diversify the tax base, and partner with the community in projects to promote Oshkosh as a vital community in which to live and do business.

Chamco also acts as a liaison with local and state government agencies and stands ready and able to assist local businesses or those looking to relocate. Oshkosh and the surrounding area is located in the center of the Fox Valley, the fastest growing metropolitan area in the state.

The community's industrial parks and commercial districts are conveniently located on a major highway, allowing for easy transportation and communication. The four-lane US Highway 41 stretches north to Green Bay and south to Milwaukee.
